At Integrity Martial Arts Academy, we offer an authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program ("grappling") for men and women ages 7 and up (children taught separately from adults). We are an affiliate of Drysdale Jiu-Jitus (www.drysdalejiujitsu), one of the top BJJ organizations in the world. If you would like to learn this art made popular by the Gracie family and the UFC, then this is the place for you! Taught by a certified BJJ instructor, you will learn all the escapes, sweeps, guard passes, and submissions that you'll ever want or need. This is a GREAT way to get in shape and learn some practice self-defense. It doesn't matter if you are IN or OUT of shape...you take it at your own pace. We have a large, fully-matted, state of the art training facility to help you reach your training goals.
